The general management of STC is carried out by the director of the Institute of Electric Welding, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Ihor Krivtsun.

CEO Artur Samoilenko, operational and strategic manager of production and economic activity of STC. 

He received a higher education in Law at the Kyiv National Shevchenko University, has more than 7 years of management experience, and applies modern international standards in business practice.

Chief Engineer Mykola Chaikovsky organizes complex engineering and technical services in accordance with regulatory requirements and the Customer's requirements.  

The chief engineer studied at NTU "KPI I. Sikorskyi" and received a higher technical education, majoring in "Dynamics and strength of machines". 

Mykola Tchaikovsky has more than 20 years of experience in materials science and implementation of complex engineering and technical projects, including for the energy and gas transport sectors.
